Brand Illustration

Mestre is a popular and historic department store in Lleida, near Barcelona. I've created for them a branded illustration system based on their established geometric logo.

The illustrations -created for the digital and print communications- are centered in the customers, and the activities they can do in the store.

Since the wordmark logo is made with hard lines and tied to their past as industrial suppliers, this characters make these communications more friendly and suitable for their actual audience - families with kids.
